I’m a portrait photographer with 8+ years of experience and I believe my passion for photography was almost inherited. My dad was a very passionate photographer and he started to teach me everything about photography since I was very little, so I have been behind the camera for as long as I can remember. I learned a lot through his expertise and vision.

I took film photography classes in college where I learned and practiced the developing process (yes, like the real old fashion way!) but, even though I took these classes, I'm a self-taught digital photographer and everything I know and have learned so far comes from my curiosity and passion for a camera.

I have been taking photos as a hobby for 10+ years, but 2020 happened (yup, we all know) and I had to look into new career paths. Photography has always been so present in my life that it was only natural for me to run, grab my camera, and land a job as freelance event photographer.

 

In 2021 when I had my son, I found myself wanting to capture every special moment about his life, my life, and our family story. This is when I came across this whole world of Family Photography and something just clicked. It wasn’t a passion anymore…It was pure love.

So here I am, 3 years later, purely dedicated to maternity, newborns, babies and toddlers; helping families capture these precious moments in life that truly go in the blink of an eye.
